About these terms
These Terms of Use form an agreement between you and Solvero Tech (Pty) Ltd, the operator of Dasha. By creating an account, signing in, or using Dasha, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Who may use Dasha
You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you may use Dasha only with permission from a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these terms on your behalf. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for activity carried out through your account. Keep access to your device and account secure, and contact us if you believe your account has been used without permission.
What Dasha provides
Dasha provides personalised astrological readings and guidance based on information such as birth date, birth time, birth location, questions, and reading context. The service may include Personal Readings, Question Readings, forecasts, and related follow-up experiences. Features may change as the service develops.
Informational and entertainment purpose
Dasha is provided for informational, reflective, and entertainment purposes. Astrological guidance is interpretive and cannot guarantee events, outcomes, accuracy, or suitability for your circumstances. It is not medical, mental-health, legal, financial, investment, employment, or other professional advice and must not replace qualified professional care or your own judgment. You remain responsible for your decisions and actions.
Acceptable use
Use Dasha only lawfully and for its intended personal purpose. Do not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorised access, misuse another person's information, submit unlawful or harmful material, automate abusive requests, reverse engineer protected parts of the service except where law permits it, or use Dasha to violate another person's rights.
Your content
You retain rights in questions and other content you submit. You give us permission to host, process, reproduce, and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve Dasha in accordance with the Privacy Policy. You must have the right to provide any information you submit, including information about another person.
Dasha content and intellectual property
Dasha, its software, design, branding, generated presentation, and supporting materials are owned by or licensed to Solvero Tech (Pty) Ltd and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use Dasha under these terms.
Purchases and refunds
Paid features offered in the iOS app are processed by Apple through the App Store. The price and purchase type are shown before confirmation. Apple's payment, refund, and transaction rules apply. A Question Reading is a consumable purchase for one reading. StoreKit does not restore consumed Question Readings as current entitlements; Dasha uses your authenticated account and backend delivery status to recover an in-progress or completed reading, subject to refund or revocation status. We do not receive your full payment-card details. Nothing in these terms limits refund or cancellation rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Dasha available, but the service may be interrupted, delayed, changed, or discontinued. We may update features, limits, or these terms for operational, security, legal, or product reasons. Material changes will be communicated in a reasonable way, and the updated effective date will be shown here.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using Dasha at any time. We may restrict or end access where reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, comply with law, address non-payment, or respond to a serious or repeated breach of these terms. Provisions that by their nature should continue after termination will remain in effect.
Disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dasha is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot lawfully be excluded. Solvero Tech (Pty) Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of Dasha. These limitations do not exclude liability or consumer remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude or limit.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of South African courts. If mandatory consumer law in your place of residence gives you additional rights or requires another forum, those protections remain available to you.
